亞波恩黑茶

I grabbed this out of curiosity about the native holly history, and the smooth, malty black flavor won me over on the first cup. It's become my default morning brew, no real bitterness even when I steep it a little long.

The drought tolerance sold me since my well runs low in August, and it's held up fine. Brews dark and smooth with a little natural sweetness, no sugar needed.

Didn't expect a native holly to brew this well. The malty backbone holds up to a splash of milk without going flat, and I like that it's drought-tolerant stuff ranchers used to clear.
