Brewed this at 80°C and the leaves stayed flat and intact instead of turning to mush—nice quality for the price. It's a mellow, slightly sweet cup with no bitterness, and I've already gone through half the tin this month.

I was expecting a decent everyday green tea but this is noticeably better than what I usually buy. The leaves are small and flat, and they hold up for a second steep without turning bitter.

The small flat green leaves unfurl nicely in a glass, and the flavor stays smooth and chestnut-like even after a second steep. A good everyday green tea from a producer just outside the traditional area, and it arrived fresh.
