I wasn't sure mint and watermelon would work together, but the mint comes through crisp and clean right at the finish. Brewed it strong and poured it over a full glass of ice and it held its flavor without going watery.
I brewed a pitcher of this for a backyard afternoon and the watermelon flavor actually tastes fresh, not artificial, which surprised me. The mint comes through at the finish and it's light enough that I drank three glasses without thinking about it.
