The oil of bergamot comes through right at the front, then the stone fruit softens it out so it never turns sharp. I've been steeping one sachet each afternoon and the tin of 30 is going faster than I expected.
I was worried the bergamot would overpower everything, but it actually sits back and lets the stone fruit do the talking. Steeping one sachet for about four minutes gives a cup that's bright and just sweet enough without any sugar. The tin of 30 is handy for keeping at my desk too.
