青心鐵觀音來自福建省中部的安溪，這裡是鐵觀音生產的歷史核心地帶。鐵觀音，有時被稱為「鐵觀音菩薩」，是中國最著名的烏龍茶品種之一，而「青」風格位於其較輕、較綠的一端：極少的氧化、不烘焙，茶葉捲成緊實的球狀，在多次沖泡中慢慢展開。這種輕柔的製作手法定義了這款茶的特性。Emeric Harney 一直以來偏愛較深焙的烏龍茶，但青心鐵觀音之所以能在產品線中佔有一席之地，正是因為它走向另一個方向——明亮清新，而焙火風格則深沉帶焦糖香。請多次回沖茶葉。它們會逐漸展開，後面的幾泡值得耐心等待。

The leaves opened up beautifully on the second steep, all floral and buttery with that classic Anxi finish. I've been brewing it in a gaiwan each morning and getting four solid infusions out of one scoop.
Steeped this at 90°C for about two minutes and the leaves opened up beautifully, several infusions in and it's still going strong. Coming from Anxi, it has that classic buttery mouthfeel I was hoping for.
