The ginkgo and citrus combo is what sold me, and it actually comes through nicely once it's chilled. I steep it a bit stronger than the box says so the ice doesn't water it down, and it holds up great in a big mason jar in the fridge.
Brewed a pitcher of this over ice on a hot afternoon and it hit the spot — the citrus keeps the green tea from tasting grassy. The ginkgo is a nice bonus I wasn't expecting to notice.
The ginkgo and citrus combo really comes through when you pour it over a tall glass of ice, way more refreshing than plain green tea. I steeped it a bit strong on purpose and it never turned bitter.
