I was worried the vanilla would make it too sweet, but it's actually really mellow and just rounds out the black tea nicely. Steeped it a full five minutes and poured it over a glass of ice on a hot afternoon, and it hit the spot perfectly.

Brewed a big pitcher of this over the weekend and it was gone by Sunday night — the black tea base is hearty enough that it doesn't get watery when the ice melts. Sweetness is right where I like it, bold without being syrupy.

The vanilla comes through strong but doesn't bury the black tea, which is exactly what I wanted. Poured it over a full glass of ice and it stayed smooth instead of getting watery. Already on my second pitcher this week.
